Elite Medical Billing Corp. is a billing service for healthcare providers. We accept a wide range of providers from medical/dental offices, private laboratory or pathology groups to ambulatory surgery centers. We are located in downtown Visalia, California at 1000 W. Main Street. We have found that being centrally located allows us easy access to clients throughout the state. The combined, diversified knowledge of our staff includes prior experience working with billing services, facility billing for large hospitals, small multi-physician practice billing, single physician practice billing, ambulatory surgical center billing and county administrative billing. Each member of our staff is HIPPA compliant and knowledgeable of a wide range of insurance practices including Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMO, PPO, Managed Care and commercial isurances to name a few. Through our combined work experience in the medical billing field, many of our staff have developed working relationships with individuals within the network of the large insurance companies which allows for more personalized service and faster responses when claims questions arise. We are equipped with quick, easy access to eligibility and claim status tracking for a majority of insurance companies.

Elite Medical Billing Corp. was founded by Jenny Chang, a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a BS degree in Finance, International Marketing and Information Systems. Jenny also studied a graduate course in Business Administration. With her experience working as a medical office manager for more than 20 years, she proved to maintain order and was able to adequately manage staff including physicians, physician's assistants, billingand office staff along with coordinating patient care and tackling her administrative duties with ease. Jenny knew that her proficient leadership and billing knowledge would allow her to provide a successful billing service to clients.
